Annapurna Circuit Trek

It takes a minimum of 18 days to trek around the entire Annapurna massif.visiting the Tibet - like country on the northern slopes of the Himalaya and the dramatic Kali Gandaki gorge. The trek takes you over Thorung la with it's traditional chorten, prayer flags and stone cairns is at an elevation of 5,416m. The views from the trail and from the pass itself, are outstanding high Himalayan scenes.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel upon arrival.
Day 02: Rest day in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Drive Katmandu to Besi Sahar.
Day 04: Trek to Bahun danda.
Day 05: Trek to Change (1,430m).
Day 06: Trek to Thonje (1,920m).
Day 07: Trek to Chame (2,651m).
Day 08: Trek to Pisang (3,333m).
Day 09: Trek to Manang (3,351m).
Day 10: Trek to Phedi.
Day 11: Trek to Muktinath via crossing Thorung La pass (5,450m).
Day 12: Trek to Jomsom (2,713m).
Day 13: Trek to Lete (2,438m).
Day 14: Trek to Tatopani (1,189m).
Day 15: Trek to Ghorepani (2,855m).
Day 16: Trek to Tirkhedunga.
Day 17: Trek to Birethati (1,037m).
Day 18: Drive to Pokhara.
Day 19: Fly to Kathmandu.
Day 20: Departure.
