Mardi Himal Trek

This trek is in the foothills of the Annapurna range. This is one of a short, easy and beautiful camping trek in the Annapurna region where the scenery is superb and from the top of the ridge you can see the whole Annapurna range. The trek goes near to the base of Mt. Machapuchare (Fish tail).

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu (Boudha, Pashupatinath and Swambunath).
Day 03: Drive to Pokhara and to Surkhet Phedi.
Day 04: Trek to Pothana.
Day 05: Pothana - Forest camp.
Day 06: Forest camp - Mardhi base camp.
Day 07: Base camp - Shidding.
Day 08: Shidding - Mardhi Bridge.
Day 09: Mardhi bridge / Milan choke / drive to Pokhara.
Day 10: Fly to Kathmnandu.
Day 11: Visit Bhaktapur.
Day 12: Departure.

Services Includes

All meals and accommodation during the trek in tea houses or camping, trekking leader / guide, cook and kitchen boys, porters, all camping equipment (two person tent, kitchen tent, dinning tent, toilet tent, mattresses, table and chairs), kitchen equipment ACAP National Park entry fees, all private transport from Kathmandu to Pokhara and to Phedi, flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu, four nights hotel in Kathmnadu, all airport transfers.

Medical insurance (should cover helicopter evacuation in case of emergency), hard / soft drinks, bottled mineral water, personal trekking gears, meals in Kathmnadu and any other extra expenses due to any political disturbances or natural calamities.
